“Printer drivers are very sensitive…. Just about every time (unless set) a printer is unplugged and replugged (unless into the same port) it will reinstall those drivers automatically. Causing a ( ) on the new driver download. The more this happens the more the number in those parentheses go up. i.e. the first time it will be (1) next (2) and so on.
If whichever instance is selected in Biotrack is not selected as the default in Windows this will cause conflicts and Biotrack will not know which “driver download”” to print default from.
To avoid this always make sure peripherals go back into the same ports they were configured on if unplugged.”
